On the go + a yummy recipe

I wrote this as a guest post for Nicole a few months ago. I wanted to share it though because this week I am running around like a crazy person trying to prep for Brooklyn's first birthday extravaganza! Needless to say eating {and definitely not eating healthy} is not at the top of my priority list.

So I thought that I would share a very easy & healthy shake recipe today. It's sweet, but not full of calories, and can definitely serve as a meal replacement.

Ingredients:
1 cup of spinach
1/2 cup strawberries
1 banana
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup almond milk
ice

All you have to do is blend it together & enjoy!
